• 1 Year Materials and Labour Warranty — This is protection against any defects in your new home in Regina (items that do not conform with warranty standards) in workmanship and materials that may occur during the first year after possession. 
• 2 Year Mechanical Systems Warranty — Provides coverage for any defect in materials and labour in the delivery and distribution systems of your home which would include items such as gas, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery systems.
• 5 Year Foundation Water Penetration Warranty — Has you covered in case of any unintended  water penetration through foundation walls that may threaten the comfort and beauty of the home.
• 10 Year Structural Defect Warranty — Protects the structure for 10 full years, covering any defect in materials and labour that results in a failure of the load bearing components of the home or the structural damage that might result from such a failure.
• $25,000 Deposit Security Warranty — Provides peace of mind protection against Progressive Builders who do not live up to their commitments and provides coverage if the Member Builder cannot refund the deposit, up to a maximum of $25,000 due to bankruptcy or other causes.
• Additional Living Expense Coverage — Ensures that families have a place to live if they have to move out of their home because of a structural defect. They will be reimbursed up to $6,000 for additional expenses incurred for hotel rooms and food costs while living away from their home.
